What is the HFA?

The Harvard Family Association (HFA) is a volunteer, caregiver-run organization working to connect, inform, support and engage local families. Our mission is to facilitate connections and to improve the quality of life for local families. We do this by connecting families with babies, toddlers, and young children, providing community service in and around the areas where we live, and facilitating life long bonds for our member families.

Why join the HFA?

Whether you are new to town, looking to meet other parents, or searching for fun kids activities and resources, the HFA is for you!

Join over 100 families in Harvard and the surrounding communities to begin connecting through playgroups, parents' only events, large events like our Halloween Party & Spring Egg Hunt, and online through our GroupMe members only chats. Officially a non-profit since 2015, many of us heard about the HFA before becoming parents, or moving to town, and joined because we're moms, dads, and caregivers, working in and out of the home, looking for ways to have a little fun, make some friends, and do some good while parenting tiny humans.
