Virtual Mixology and Estate Planning Workshop

About this event

 Mixology

Please join the Harvard Family Association and The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm for an evening of cocktails, and conversation around essential legal planning to protect the people you love the most- your kids.

During this virtual event, mixologist Meredith Powell will walk you through the creation of a seasonal cocktail (supplies provided!) Then, hear from The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm founding attorney (and dad of two,) David Feakes, who will briefly discuss:

*How to create an airtight plan to be sure your minor children never spend even one moment being cared for by strangers if something unexpected happens to you.

*How to avoid a long, expensive probate court process, and make sure your hard-earned money is immediately and privately available to your chosen guardians and family members.

*How to leave behind more than just your money and how to pass on your "story" and share your intellectual, spiritual, and emotional assets - everything you would want your family to know if you weren’t here to tell them.

At the end of the evening, you'll be able to answer the question: "What would happen to my kids, if something happened to me?" You'll log off armed with an action plan to be sure your kids will be raised by who you want, in the way you want - no matter what.

If you would like to order a non-alcoholic kit, email Paula at Paula@parentsestateplanning.com by May 12, 2025.
