Over the course of 5 weeks, our Mom & Baby Support Group will give you a chance to bond with other new moms who truly understand what you're going through. This is more than just a group—it's a community built on connection, understanding, and shared experiences. From sleepless nights to those precious firsts, you'll have a circle of support to lift you up, celebrate your wins, and share in the challenges.

Each week, we’ll explore topics that matter most to you—feeding, sleep, self-care, and navigating this new chapter, etc. Together, we’ll create a space where you and your baby can grow, learn, and find comfort in the company of other moms on the same journey.

• Led by Jessie Hebert, a pelvic health and pediatric OT for pregnancy and postpartum, a corrective exercise specialist, and a certified infant massage educator.
  
  
• Wednesdays or Thursdays, for momsand non-crawling babies. Please register for whichever session is most convenient for you. 
  
  
• Whether you're a first-time mom, a seasoned parent, a non-birthing mom, or welcoming your little one through adoption or surrogacy—you're welcome here. This group is for anyone who identifies as 'mom' in their family, in all its forms—birth moms, adoptive moms, LGBTQ+ moms, and every beautiful version of motherhood in between.
