Estate Planning Made Simple Virtual Event

About this event

FEPLF

Please join Harvard Family Association and The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm for an evening of conversation around essential legal planning to protect the people you love the most- your kids.

During this virtual event, The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm founding attorney, David Feakes, will discuss:

* How to create an airtight plan to be sure your minor children never spend even one moment being cared for by strangers if something unexpected happens to you.

*The three essential Health Care documents you need and what can happen if you don’t have them.

*How to avoid a long, expensive probate court process, and make sure your hard-earned money is immediately and privately available to your chosen guardians and family members.

*How to leave behind more than just your money and how to pass on your "story" and share your intellectual, spiritual, and emotional assets - everything you would want your family to know if you weren’t here to tell them.

At the end of the evening, you'll be able to answer the question: "What would happen to my kids, if something happened to me?" You'll have an action plan to be sure your kids will be raised by who you want, in the way you want - no matter what.

This informational event is FREE, but registration is required. Spouses/partners are encouraged to attend!
