Get ready to learn how to defend yourselves at Athletic Balance in Acton Sat. Jan. 20th from 3-5pm!

The instructor will go over techniques and strategies to protect yourself against unexpected danger. You'll discover that you don't need that much physical strength in order to properly defend yourself. The class will also cover reaction drills and basic vital point attacks.
