This going to be a follow-up self defense class at Athletic Balance in Acton Sat. Feb. 10th from 2:15-4pm.

Please register and pay in advance. $5pp
All are welcome, even if you couldn't make the first class!

DRINKS afterward, place TBD!

The instructor will go over techniques and strategies to protect yourself against unexpected danger. You'll discover that you don't need that much physical strength in order to properly defend yourself. The class will also cover reaction drills and basic vital point attacks.
